How Do We Work?
# Simply contact us by telephone. Our operation centre staff will book in your car on your chosen available date. Booking is totally risk-free - you pay nothing until work is complete.
# A courtesy driver will collect your car conveniently from your home or work, normally between 8am and 10am or at an agreed time. We aim to give you a head start on the day so you can relax or keep on working.
# Your car will be taken to the Acton Car Service centre and will be inspected and serviced according to our itemised service schedule using either genuine or alternative manufacturer parts. Each point will be thoroughly checked by our qualified technicians. All work is covered by our 6 months parts & labour guarantee.
# Should you require us to investigate problems such as knocks or rattles, we'll do this free of charge and report back to you same day. Likewise, if our inspection identifies advisory work, we'll contact you for further instructions. Whilst we're happy to quote for parts and labour, you're under no obligation whatsoever to have extra work undertaken by Acton Car Service, and you may choose to make your own independent arrangements e.g. for replacement tyres. Because you agree everything we do beforehand, you're always in the driving seat!
# Once work has been completed, your car will be subjected to a further quality control check to ensure all points have been satisfied e.g. dash board lights have been reset.
# Our operations centre will call you to confirm the vehicle is ready for delivery and take phone payment via credit or debit card. Our pricing is totally transparent.The price you see online is oriented to your make (but not to the model) and may differ depending on your model. The price shown includes service parts, labour, collection and delivery.
# Your car will get a complimentary wash/vac (while this is not a valet, it's still a nice touch) and will then be returned conveniently to your home or work address usually between 4pm - 6pm or other pre-arranged time.
***Please note that free collection and delivery are limited to North and West London only. Any other parts of London are subject to additional fee, please call us now for a quote.
